Service Description
"oga for movers. This class focuses on the mobility, breath control, and body awareness that make everything you do feel better, on and off the apparatus. We move mindfully, build strength throughout our movement ranges. And take time to unwind. All levels welcome; no yoga experience needed.

Cancellation Policy
Commitment Requirement: The Unlimited Class Pack requires a 4-month continuous commitment. Booking Window: Classes can be booked up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, a $15 late cancellation fee will be charged. Waitlist Policy: If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend if a spot opens, you are responsible for removing yourself to avoid being automatically added to the class and incurring a $15 late cancellation fee if you do not attend. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked class without early cancelation will result in a $15 no-show fee.
