Cancellation Policy

Commitment Requirement: The Unlimited Class Pack requires a 4-month continuous commitment. Booking Window: Classes can be booked up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, a $15 late cancellation fee will be charged. Waitlist Policy: If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend if a spot opens, you are responsible for removing yourself to avoid being automatically added to the class and incurring a $15 late cancellation fee if you do not attend. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked class without early cancelation will result in a $15 no-show fee.
