Service Description
Workshop:Drop it like it’s hot! Intro to aerial sling drops Coached by Monica Mancuso What to expect- This workshop is for advanced beginner aerialists who are ready to feel more confident and comfortable with drops. We’ll break down each drop step by step, focusing on safe setups, clear pathways, and smooth finishes. You’ll learn how to approach drops with control and understanding rather than guesswork. If time allows, we’ll also play with stacking or alternate entries. Prerequisites- 1. Comfortable getting in and out of diaper multiple time 2. Strong hipkey 3. Comfortable getting in and out of cats cradle 4. Comfortable reinverting from a single leg wrap 5. crossback OBJECTIVES 1. Ease into drops and learn body engagement 2. Learn the theory and wraps for safe drops 3. Remove the fear of letting go in a safe environment
