Service Description
This 90-minute workshop shifts the focus from the final shape to the journey getting there. Through creative entries, exits, and transitions, you’ll discover new pathways to familiar tricks—adding fluidity, intention, and a few unexpected moments along the way! Prerequisites: solid pull over to front balance, hipkey, thigh hitch, bent or straight leg straddle invert.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Window: Classes can be booked up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid a losing your pass. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, no late fee will be charged but you will lose your pass. Waitlist Policy: If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend if a spot opens, you are responsible for removing yourself to avoid being automatically added to the class and losing your class pass if you do not attend. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked class will result in losing your class pass
